- Firebase (Google): Authentication (Google/Apple Sign-In) and crash reporting
- PostHog: Product analytics to understand feature usage and improve the app
- OneSignal: Push notifications for alerts and updates
- Chatwoot: Customer support chat functionality
Your property management data is stored on our own secure cloud infrastructure and is not shared with third-party storage providers.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes.

5. Data Retention and Deletion
Retention Period: We retain your data for as long as your account is active and as needed to:

Account Deletion: You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time through the app settings or by contacting us at support@rentvise.app. Upon deletion:

- Your property management data will be deleted from our active systems within 30 days
- Some data may be retained in backup systems for up to 90 days
- We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., fraud prevention)
6. Revoking Consent and Managing Permissions
You can manage data collection and permissions as follows:
- Push Notifications: Disable in device settings or app notification preferences
- Analytics: Contact us to opt out of analytics tracking
- Account Access: Revoke Google or Apple Sign-In access through your Google/Apple account settings

- Account Deletion: Delete your account through app settings or by contacting support
